Applications linked from third party’s (e.g. YouTube-Videos, Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics) can be within this offer. This always assumes that the operator of such content (hereinafter “third party’s”), perceive the user IP address, otherwise they could not sent the content to the browser of perspective user. The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic commerce via the shop system. If there is a right of withdrawal and is used by this, the customer bears the cost of the return.

The customer has only the following options for payment:

  • Bank transfer
    In this case, the invoice amount after receipt of the invoice, which contains all information for the transfer and will be sent by e-mail, to be transferred in advance to the specified account there. The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the amount shown to the account indicated on the invoice within 14 days after receiving the invoice. Payment is due without deductions from the date of invoice. The customer comes only after reminder in default.

Other payment methods are not offered and rejected.

The goods will be shipped at the latest on the 7th day after confirmed receipt of payment, unless other information is given on the page of the ordered product (eg direct download). The supplier sends the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock. If the supplier is not responsible for a permanent impediment to delivery, in particular force majeure or non-delivery by own suppliers, although an appropriate cover transaction was made in good time, the supplier has the right to withdraw from a contract with the customer. The customer will be informed immediately and the service received, in particular payments, will be refunded.

The customer has no possibility to directly access the stored contract text himself. He can correct errors in the input during the ordering process. For this purpose, he can respond by e-mail to the order confirmation and apply for changes.

The right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period of withdrawal is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you – who is not the carrier – have taken possession of the last good or partial consignment. The last time is decisive.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via e-mail only. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw this contract, we have to sent you all the payments we have received from you – including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) – immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification of your withdraw of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction – unless specifically agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the Provider immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the withdraw of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the inspection of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Claims or rights of the customer against the provider may not be assigned or pledged without his consent, unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.
